Kristie Moore is a junior at the University of California, Berkeley studying Global Studies with concentrations in peace and conflict in Europe/Russia. She is interested in the intersections among language, identity, and conflict in Central Asia, as well as throughout the Post-Soviet space more broadly. After graduating, Kristie hopes to attend graduate school and eventually work in Central Asia. In her free time, she enjoys learning foreign languages, listening to music, and exploring the Bay Area.
