Aissa Dearing is a senior studying History and Environmental Science at Howard University from Durham, North Carolina. Aissa is interested in the intersection of climate change, global affairs and security, and public health. This year she is participating in the Disinformation Lab and last year she participated in the Undergraduate Think Tank and presented at the ASEEES Annual Convention about Pleistocene Park, a natural climate mitigation strategy in the Sakha Republic, Russia.
